Returns Policy
Luxury Watch Purchases – Swiss Watch Club
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are buying online, you are entitled to return your order in accordance with EU Consumer Rights legislation, provided the watch is returned in the same condition as supplied.
The below applies to online purchases only. Watches purchased in-store fall under separate guidelines as customers have the opportunity to view the product prior to purchase.
Online Purchases – Right to Cancel
If you wish to return your watch:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item
- The watch must be returned to us within 14 days after notifying us
- Refunds will be processed once the watch has passed intake inspection
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, the watch must be:
- Unwornand in the same conditionsupplied
- Complete with all supplied items including:
- Box, papers, accessories, links, tags, receipts, authentication card
- Not altered, adjusted, sized, or opened by any third party
- Free from damage or signs of wear
If these conditions are not met, deductions may apply or a return may be declined.
Inspection & Verification
Upon return, all watches undergo:
- Movement accuracy checks
- Serial number and authenticity verification
- Bracelet and case condition review
- Water-resistance evaluation (where applicable)
This protects both the customer and the integrity of our stock.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Funds are released following successful inspection
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer
Please allow up to 14 days for inspection and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- In-person purchases (in-store transactions are final)
- Bespoke orders or specially sourced watches
- Any watch where the seal, stickers, bracelet sizing, or condition has changed from original supply
These policies ensure fairness and authenticity for all buyers.
Returns Shipping
- Watches must be returned using fully insuredand trackabledelivery
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Swiss Watch Club cannot be held liable for returns lost in transit
We can assist with secure courier arrangements if required.
Faults or Warranty Concerns
If you experience any performance issue after purchase, please contact us immediately.
Your watch is covered under the SWC Service Warranty and our team will assess and resolve the matter promptly.
