Shipping within Ireland
- Fully insured courier delivery
- Delivery typically 1–2 working days after dispatch
- Signature required upon receipt
- Discreet packaging with no branding visible externally
We will provide tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
International Shipping
We ship to most destinations worldwide.
- Fully insured express courier service
- Delivery time varies by region (typically 3–7 working days)
- Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
Our team will assist with any required customs documentation.

Loss, Damage & Insurance Coverage
All shipments are fully insured until signed for by you.
If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit:
- We will work with the courier and insurance provider on resolution
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery attempt or receipt
Once signed for, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your address is correct when placing your order. Proof of address may be requested.
We cannot accept liability for delays or losses resulting from incomplete or inaccurate delivery information.
