Swiss Watch Club Ireland (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent retailer specialising in pre-owned luxury Swiss watches and related accessories.

2. Products and Authenticity
All watches offered by Swiss Watch Club are pre-owned unless otherwise stated.
Each watch is rigorously inspected and authenticated by our in-house experts before sale.
Every purchase is accompanied by a Swiss Watch Club Authenticity Card confirming the model, serial number, and purchase details.
3. Condition of Pre-Owned Watches
As our watches are pre-owned, slight signs of wear may be visible. Product descriptions, images, and condition grades are provided as accurately as possible; however, minor variations in appearance may occur.
We welcome customers to view any piece in person by appointment at our Dublin boutique.
4. Warranty
All watches are covered by either a 1-year or 2-year Swiss Watch Club Service Warranty, depending on the model and service history.
This warranty covers mechanical or manufacturing faults only.
It does not cover:
Accidental damage, misuse, or water ingress
Wear and tear to straps, crystals, or cosmetic elements
Work carried out by third parties without our authorisation
If a fault occurs under warranty, we will repair or replace parts as necessary at no charge. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and authenticity card.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment can be made online via our secure checkout or in-store via card, bank transfer, or cash.
We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.
6. Shipping
We currently ship to Ireland and EU member states.
All items are fully insured during transit and shipped via tracked delivery.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier service.
Ownership and risk pass to the customer upon receipt of the goods.
7. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury goods, we do not offer refunds.
Items may be exchanged for store credit only within 14 days of purchase, provided they are returned:
In the same condition as sold
With all packaging, paperwork, and the SWC Authenticity Card
Store credit is valid for 12 months from issue and may be used in-store or online.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish or EU consumer law.
8. Servicing and Repairs
Our in-house horology workshop provides professional servicing and repair for Swiss watches.
Turnaround times may vary depending on parts availability.
We are not responsible for damage caused by third-party service providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to ensure accurate descriptions and reliable service, Swiss Watch Club shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products purchased from us.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with GDPR.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or any transaction with Swiss Watch Club shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
