Two-Year Service Warranty on All Swiss Watch Club Timepieces
Every watch purchased from Swiss Watch Club is supplied with our Two-Year SWC Service Warranty, covering mechanical performance and craftsmanship. This warranty reflects our confidence in the precision, quality and authenticity of the timepieces we supply.
Our warranty ensures you can wear your watch with complete peace of mind.
What the Warranty Covers
Mechanical movement issues (performance or functional faults)
Workmanship arising from our service or preparation prior to sale
Replacement of defective components due to normal internal wear
Water-resistance issues if the watch is rated for water use and has not been misused
Regulation and timekeeping checks where necessary
We will repair or regulate your watch free of charge under the terms of this warranty.
What is Not Covered
To protect both the customer and the integrity of the watch, the warranty does not cover:
✘ Damage caused by accidents, impact or misuse
✘ Normal wear to external components (bracelet stretch, scratches, bezel wear)
✘ Water damage caused by failure to follow water-resistance guidance
✘ Loss or theft
✘ Batteries in quartz movements (over their natural lifespan)
✘ Any third-party tampering, modifications or servicing
✘ Issues arising from aftermarket or non-genuine parts
If a watch is opened or serviced by any party other than Swiss Watch Club during the warranty period, the warranty becomes void.
Water-Resistance Requirements
If your watch is intended for swimming or diving:
- Annual water-resistance testingis strongly recommended
- Crown must always be fully secured during use
- Extreme thermal shock (e.g. sauna, hot tubs) should be avoided
Failure to follow these precautions may affect warranty coverage.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe an issue is covered under warranty:
Contact our team with details of the issue
Bring your watch to our Dublin service centre or arrange insured delivery
Our watchmakers will complete a diagnostic assessment
Any approved repair will be carried out under warranty at no cost
Claims must be evaluated by our team before work can proceed.
Proof of Warranty
Please retain:
- Your SWC Warranty Card
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
These documents confirm eligibility for repairs.
Warranty Duration
Coverage starts from the date of purchase and continues until the end of the two-year period.
Extended warranty options may be available on selected watches.
