Times vary based on brand and condition, but a complete overhaul typically takes 4–8 weeks. Any variation in availability of specialist parts will be communicated clearly.
Case and bracelet refinishing can offered as part of a full service upon request. We follow manufacturer guidelines to preserve original shapes, bevels and finishes. Please communicate the desire to not have any polishing done.
Yes. We pressure-test every watch after servicing. If your watch is used for swimming or diving, an annual water-resistance check is recommended.
We request a €100 deposit when a watch is booked in for assessment. This allows our watchmakers to carry out a full diagnostic inspection and prepare an accurate service estimate. No work is carried out without your approval, and once you authorise the service, the €100 deposit is fully credited against the final balance.
Every serviced watch is covered by a two-year Swiss Watch Club service warranty, protecting performance and craftsmanship.
