If internal servicing is required, we will provide a full estimate before any additional work is carried out.
We request a €100 deposit when a watch is booked in for assessment. This allows our watchmakers to carry out a full diagnostic inspection and prepare an accurate service estimate. No work is carried out without your approval, and once you authorise the service, the €100 deposit is fully credited against the final balance.
